Stour Valley U13s exited the fourth round of the Schools’ FA Cup on Friday. A strong first‑half performance saw the boys go into half-time at 1–1 away from home against St Joseph’s College, Ipswich. However, early second‑half injuries meant the boys finished 1–5 down at the final whistle.
The game was played in good spirits, and the SVCS team can hold their heads high as they battled to the very end. They should be very proud of reaching this stage of the competition, and comments from the St Joseph’s staff and parents were highly complimentary about the behaviour and performance of our team.
