Another successful STEM trip visiting Suez Recycling and Recovery in Ipswich with a small group of Year 9 Double Science students. It was a very engaging and informative experience, with everyone learning how innovative waste management solutions can power homes and benefit the local community. After a brief presentation and a tour of the site, the students got to complete various interactive activities. The students really enjoyed the experience, with a couple particularly loving the PPE that was worn on the tour. As an additional highlight to the day, everyone got to enjoy some cupcakes as a belated birthday celebration.
